Service Agreement Terms

Understanding the foundation of our partnership.

All services provided by Apex Autosmith are subject to the terms outlined herein. This includes diagnostic procedures, repair work, performance tuning, and all related automotive services. We commit to performing work with professional diligence and care.

Specific service details, including scope of work and estimated costs, will be provided in a service quotation. Work will commence only upon your explicit approval of this quotation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their vehicle's condition, service history, and any specific concerns. Please ensure your vehicle is presented to our facility in a reasonably clean and accessible state. Personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle prior to service to ensure their safety and allow our technicians unimpeded access.

Apex Autosmith is not liable for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

Estimated service completion times are provided as a guide and are subject to change based on unforeseen complexities, parts availability, or additional findings during the service process. We will endeavor to communicate any significant delays promptly.

Appointments are highly recommended. Walk-ins are subject to availability and may experience longer wait times.

Payment for all services and parts is due upon completion of work and prior to vehicle release. We accept major credit cards, NETS, and bank transfers. For larger services, a deposit may be required, which will be communicated in advance.

Late payment may incur charges as per Singapore regulations. All pricing is in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Warranty and Guarantee Policies

Parts & Labor Coverage

Apex Autosmith provides a comprehensive warranty on parts supplied and installed by us, typically for 90 days or 5,000 km, whichever comes first, unless specified otherwise. Our labor is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service completion.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal driving conditions.

Warranty Claim Procedures

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us promptly with your service invoice and a description of the issue. We will arrange an inspection to assess the problem. Unauthorized repairs elsewhere may void your warranty.

Proof of original service is required for all warranty claims.

Limitations & Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages arising from misuse, accidents, lack of proper maintenance, racing, off-road driving, or modifications not authorized by Apex Autosmith. Consumable items (e.g., brake pads, wiper blades, fluids) are generally excluded from warranty coverage unless defective upon installation.

Liability and Insurance Information

Apex Autosmith maintains comprehensive business insurance, including coverage for property damage and public liability during the course of our operations. Our liability for any damage to your vehicle while in our care is generally limited to the repair or replacement cost of the affected parts, subject to our insurance policy terms.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage discovered during work that was not caused by our technicians.

Customers are responsible for maintaining valid vehicle insurance coverage (e.g., motor insurance) as required by Singapore law while their vehicle is at our facility. While we exercise utmost care, Apex Autosmith is not responsible for loss due to theft, fire, or other acts beyond our reasonable control that are typically covered by your personal vehicle insurance.

We advise customers to confirm their coverage details with their insurance provider.

Apex Autosmith shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our services if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulations, labor disputes, natural disasters, or significant disruptions to supply chains.

In such events, we will communicate with our clients promptly to discuss the next steps.

Dispute Resolution and Customer Protection

Apex Autosmith is committed to resolving any concerns or disputes fairly and efficiently. We encourage open communication and adherence to the following procedures:

    If you have a concern, please contact our customer service team immediately via info@apexautosmith.sg or call us at +65 6777 8901. Provide your invoice number and a detailed description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days.

    Assessment & Resolution

    Our team will investigate your concern thoroughly, which may involve re-inspection of the vehicle or review of service records. We will propose a resolution within 7 business days of initial contact, aiming for a fair and mutually agreeable outcome.

    Mediation (if necessary)

    Should a resolution not be reached through direct communication, Apex Autosmith is open to engaging in mediation with a mutually agreed-upon third-party mediator, in accordance with Singapore's consumer protection laws and practices.

Your rights as a consumer under Singapore law are respected and upheld throughout this process. Our goal is always your complete satisfaction and trust.
